The long-awaited Pokemon Home update (version 2.0.0) has finally arrived! With this update, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and Pokemon Legends: Arceus are now compatible with the Pokemon Home software on Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.
In addition, if you transfer a Pokemon from Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl to Pokemon Home, you will receive a Turtwig, a Chimchar, and a Piplup each with their Hidden Abilities in Pokemon Home. Likewise, transferring a Pokemon from Pokemon Legends: Arceus will earn you a Rowlet, an Oshawott, and a Cyndaquil, each with maximum effort levels to Pokemon Home. But that isn't all! Any Pokemon transferred to Pokemon Legends: Arceus from your copy of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Pokémon Shining Pearl, Pokémon Sword, or Pokémon Shield will appear in a new Pokeball called a Strange Ball. These mysterious Pokeballs are greenish in color and have never been seen before. Pokemon transferred from Pokemon Legends: Arceus to Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl will also appear in a Strange Ball, rather than the Pokeball they were originally caught in.

Ursaluna is a brand new Pokemon making its debut in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Ursaluna is a Normal/Ground type Pokemon and is the evolved form of Ursaring. In order to evolve your Ursaring into Ursaluna, you will need to use the Peat Block item on your Ursaring during a full moon. The Peat Block location in Pokémon Legends Arceus can be found in multiple areas across Hisui. Jump on Ursaluna’s back to hunt for treasure, and there is a chance you will dig up a Peat Block. The Peat Block can be found in Scarlet Bog, Deertrack Heights, and other locations in Hisui. As for finding a full moon, remember that it's not enough to simply give your Ursaring the Peat Block item at night. Instead, you will need to check the night's sky to see if the moon is full. If the moon is NOT full at night, you can rest at the nearest camp until morning. Then, immediately rest until night again and check the moon. If it is full, you've got yourself an Ursaluna. If it is not full, repeat the process until you get a full moon. Getting this rare but powerful Pokemon takes patience!
